My engineered wood flooring from Best Deal is beautiful. I purchased Rio Acacia plank floors in a natural finish. It has interesting and lovely variations. Edy did the installation and he did an excellent job. He was able to move the refrigerator and put it back without any scratches and also moved another piece that was so heavy. He and his helper were pleasant to have in the home. The installation is perfect. This is a family owned and operated business. They are helpful and personal. Jessica in the store is informative about different floors. Julie comes to the home to measure.

Original Review: It's been six months living with my new hardwood floors installed by Best Deal Hardwood Floor & Moulding. I am a very satisfied customer. Julie and Allan are very professional and friendly. They are the nicest people in the business. I did have to wait a long time for my turn to get my wood floors installed. That's because the professional installer, Roman, takes his time to do it right on each and every project. You can't rush an artist and craftsman. It was worth the wait because the end result is perfect! Roman took the time to cut and align every plank of wood perfectly, against each other, and also against the existing wood and travertine borders. My project requires meticulous cutting and fitting a border along the walls, a job which many other companies declined due to the amount of work required. Julie and Roman accommodated my wishes beyond expectations. The attached photos speak for themselves. I highly recommend Best Deal Hardwood Floor & Moulding.

Best Deal Hardwood Floor & Moulding did an amazing job from start to finish installing wood floors in our home. From the minute we walked in the door, Julie was responsive to our every need and request. We asked for an estimate and ten minutes later we had it. Impressive. They were recommended by Urban Floor, the company whose product we chose, and we can see why. Julie was familiar with the type of wood we were looking for and explained the pros and cons. Based on reviews we read, we were hoping to have Roman as our installer, and we lucked out. An amazing craftsman. His attention to detail and understanding of his business is unbeatable. We had some concerns about doorways, etc., and both Julie and Roman made sure that things were done the best way. It was such a positive experience that we are sorry we didn't do it sooner! We highly recommend this business.

Best Deal Flooring is the best, from the staff at the showroom to the installation of our new floor and stairs they were fantastic. After going to other places for prices and comparisons, we decided to go with Best Deal and so glad we did. Julie and May were awesome with customer service, they always follow up and keep you updated. Roman who installed the flooring is an expert and a professional, he knows what he's doing. Julie was very helpful in scheduling our flooring job and she carried just the product we wanted, Paradigm flooring. The pricing at Best Deal flooring is very competitive with other suppliers and I believe we received a very good deal, well below other sources. The installers did a very good job overall with a couple of very minor issues. Overall I was quite satisfied with the product and installation and believed the rating was worth 5 stars.

From start to finish this was a great experience. Couldn't have asked for a better one. Juli and her team got this project done within 5 days of me walking in the door. They took the time to come out and measure to assure I wasn't overpaying.

My biggest fear is always the installers. I had Roman and I couldn't ask for a better installer. He was enjoyable, cleaned up every night, showed up on time everyday. His work ethic was amazing - attention to detail even better!

Between my overall experience and their incredibly great pricing, Best Deal definitely lived up to their name!
